Global medical and travel security services company, International SOS, has selected workforce management solutions from Kronos to support its global medical services operations.
Under the deal with the Australian-based Kronos, International SOS will replace multiple existing systems with a single centralised scheduling solution. The Kronos Cloud will be deployed to perform all configuration, maintenance, upgrades, and support of the workforce management solution, allowing International SOS‘ IT department to focus resources on other priorities.
The new system and processes will:
• Help manage the complex compliance landscape associated with diverse labour laws and collective agreements across different countries

• Provide greater ability to identify and deploy medical experts to client locations based on their availability, medical specialism, language, gender, and nationality to meet client and country regulation requirements; and
• Ensure managers have the most accurate data at their fingertips for resource optimisation, enabling the organisation to take on new projects and expand existing engagements.
