Mitchell to lead Jabra in NZ for UC and CC

Unified communications and contact centres are on the ascent again as omnichannel takes the lead in improving customer experience. Seasoned telecommunications distribution and management veteran Brent Mitchell joins Jabra in this pivotal role.

Jabra has appointed Brent Mitchell as Country Manager, New Zealand where his over 20 years’ extensive experience in audio solutions and in-depth understanding of the market will open new opportunities and drive growth for the region.

Mitchell will be responsible for managing the company’s market presence in New Zealand, driving opportunities with distribution partners, and further developing Jabra’s successful partnerships with both customers and channel partners.

Mitchell’s long and varied experience in telecommunications distribution and management includes management and senior sales roles at NOW NZ, Cackle Telecommunications and Lascom, as well as a previous role supporting the NZ market for GN Netcom, where he was responsible for managing the distribution of the Jabra brand and developing new channel and end customer markets. Most recently, Mitchell founded KnockKnock Limited where he focused on delivering dynamic solutions to enhance the communications experience.
