Symantec holds Partner Engage events around the globe. This series, however, was the first with the new Blue Coat acquisition and Veritas de-merger that has created the world’s largest pure-play cyber security company.
The writer attended the Partner Engage 2016 event in Tokyo; that covers the APAC (Asia-Pacific, Japan, India) and it was the last in the “series.”
Its partners include distribution, value added resellers (VAR), managed service providers (MSP), and those with special expertise in Symantec and now Blue Coat solutions.

The winners were selected based on criteria such as innovation, overall performance in revenue, deal registration, technical and marketing investments, customer service excellence and certification.
