Google’s two new Pixel smartphones aren’t impervious to the damage caused by accidental drops, which means a protective case is needed. Naturally, Otterbox hopes you’ll consider its protection.
Smartphone protection company Otterbox has announced pre-ordering is open for its new Pixel http://www.otterbox.com/en-us/pixel and Pixel XL http://www.otterbox.com/en-us/pixel-xl protective cases in the Defender and Commuter Series.
Promising ‘Otterbox Certified Drop+ protection,’ these cases are not water proof, they are for protection against drops and shock only.
The company states that each of its case designs ‘undergoes more than 238 hours of testing across at least 24 different tests to keep these Google phones in top condition.’
