Licensing, compliance, security and installation software provider Flexera has joined the Eset Technology Alliance.
Formed in 2013, the Eset Technology Alliance was created — by security vendor Eset, naturally enough — to provide better interoperability between complementary IT security systems.
Data loss prevention vendor Safetica joined the programme in mid-2016.
The alliance has now welcomed licensing, compliance, security and installation software provider Flexera to its ranks.
{loadposition stephen08}This also means Eset resellers can provide their customers with Flexera's Corporate Software Inspector security patch management solution.
"At Eset, we know that to be fully protected against online threats means having all of your software patched and up-to-date. Therefore, we proudly introduce Flexera Software's Corporate Software Inspector as the newest member of the Eset Technology Alliance, to help enterprises with patch management," said Eset director of global sales Jeronimo Varela.
Flexera vice-president of global alliances Cindy Grogan said "Corporate Software Inspector is the preferred security patching solution for more than 1000 enterprises worldwide. They benefit from our integration with Microsoft products to simplify assessment of security status and patching of critical, non-Microsoft applications."
