Optus has joined Telstra, University of South Australia and others in selecting Zenoss to provide end-to-end monitoring, service impact management and predictive analytics for its infrastructure-as-a-service cloud platform.
Zenoss, a leader in hybrid IT monitoring and analytics software, has announced the expansion of its global footprint, with a recent doubling of the company’s international staff and with the addition of Optus Networks, a division of the Singtel Group, to its customer base in Australia.
Featuring integrated network, server and application management, Zenoss helps telecommunications clients control costs, drive operational efficiencies and boost end-to-end performance.
In an increasingly competitive telecommunications market, Zenoss ensures companies are not only prepared to meet current customer needs but are also able to support extreme scalability requirements that often arise with new business offerings and rapid expansion.
