It’s the "International Day of Happiness" and Amaysim is smiling for multiple reasons: not only is it the fourth largest Telco in Australia, but it is now revealed that it has the happiest telco customers.
Amaysim is celebrating the fact that it received "1.4 complaints per 10,000 services compared to Optus with 10.6, Telstra with 9.2 and Vodafone at 4.9, according to recent data from the Telecommunication Industry Ombudsman," being from the October to December 2017 report.
Amaysim says the things credited with keeping its customers happy are its "amazingly simple plans, which feature no lock-in contracts, transparent pricing and best in class customer service."
The company notes its well over 1.1 million subscribers, and proudly boasts of also having been "awarded Best Mobile Service Provider of the year in the Roy Morgan Customer Satisfaction Awards and the 2017 Canstar Blue Customer Satisfaction Award in the Postpaid Mobile SIM category."
Julian Ogrin, CEO of amaysim, and the living embodiment of Ogrinners being winners, said the company’s mission is to "help customers untangle life’s complexities and give them just what they need, not just on International Day of Happiness, but all year round."
Ogrin said: “Amaysim is thrilled to be recognised for its outstanding services and happy customers. We exist to make peoples’ lives a lot less complicated and if we can make our customers smile along the way then job well done.”
