Adelaide-based internet service provider Internode has been named 2017 Roy Morgan Home Broadband Provider of the Year for the second year running and the sixth time in the last seven years.
The firm has received this accolade each year since 2011 except in 2015. From 2011 through to 2013, the award was named Best ISP, but this was renamed to Best Home Broadband Provider from 2014.
Roy Morgan Research is the largest independent Australian research company, with offices in each state, as well as in New Zealand, the US and the UK.
Its annual awards are based on customer satisfaction. An Internode spokesperson said: “We're really proud of this achievement because results are based entirely on customer research conducted by Roy Morgan Research. We've always been passionate about the Internet and giving our customers the best service possible."
