SAS Ajilon partnership to bolster WA analytics

Western Australian businesses will have greater access to analytics and business intelligence, with global data insights software firm SAS today announcing a strategic deal with consulting firm Ajilon.

Ajilon — which will rebrand as Adecco Group global brand Modis later in 2018 — has been a strategic SAS partner since 2011, leveraging SAS’ next generation solutions to solve real business problems for its customers throughout Australia.

Today’s deal sees this partnership bolstered, making Ajilon SAS’ preferred partner to service commercial SAS customers in WA on a user lifecycle basis, and provide skilled resources to government customers.

SAS recognised both Ajilon’s capabilities, and its robust WA presence. The new partnership is expected to increase the presence of both firms within WA. SAS’ existing presence in WA spans resources, energy, utilities, education and government. Ajilon has 1100 consultants across Australia.

Rafael Moyano, Ajilon Australia managing director, said, “This is an exciting development for Ajilon and a great opportunity to partner with a like-minded, innovative company such as SAS to further enhance the tools, insights and services afforded to our customers. At its core, the strengthened alliance will offer existing customers access to a significant and larger pool of resources with a deeper depth of industry knowledge and expertise specific to the WA region.”

Peter Hawkins, Ajilon Australia general manager of Sales, Solutions and Innovation, added, “Ajilon has a successful Analytics practice; we are confident the deal will enable us to take our offerings to the next level and ultimately, better service customers in WA. By tapping into our skilled consultants, coupled with SAS’ pre-built solutions platform, we look forward to helping more businesses uncover and unlock meaningful insights, to enable more informed decision-making.”

David Bowie, SAS Australia and New Zealand vice-president, said “This enhanced partnership with Ajilon will give our growing customer base in WA access to local expertise in all aspects of the analytics lifecycle, from data management through to advanced analytics and visualisation, empowering them to improve their business performance with analytically informed decisions.”
