Hosted voice and data communications provider MyNetFone has launched a 4G business mobile service as it ramps up delivery of a complete business communications suite including office phone, unlimited broadband and business mobile.
MyNetFone says the new mobile service offers extensive breadth and depth of coverage and is supported by its Australian-based dedicated business support team, with the plans underpinned by over 4,800 4G and 7,000 3G sites.
“MyNetFone Business Mobile provides coverage using part of the Telstra 4G and 3G mobile network,” said Rene Sugo, CEO of MNF Group.
“Our competitive mobile plans pricing is enhanced by our Australian-based support. Our on-shore business support specialist team is available between 8am and 6pm, Monday to Friday, providing swift and expert help to businesses.”
{loadposition peter}Sugo says as businesses environments and requirements can rapidly change, the business mobile plans allow for absolute flexibility with SIM-only plans and no lock-in contracts.
The offer from MyNetFone allows business to customise their telecommunications spend from month to month and to upgrade or downgrade or add data bolt-ons ad hoc.
And while the data quotas vary with the new offer, all plans come with unlimited standard calls and unlimited SMS/MMS within Australia, and support optional global roaming for calls, SMS and data.
MyNetFone is touting its business mobile as providing a 4G coverage footprint of 95 percent and a combined 3G and 4G coverage footprint of 98.8 percent of the population, covering over 1.59 million square kilometres.
Earlier this month MyNetFone launched an international toll-free service to business consumers which it says allows businesses to get local toll free numbers in over 90 countries, including major destinations such as Hong Kong, Singapore, UK and USA.
Under the global numbers service business customers can get a toll free number in their country of interest, and have the calls routed back to their MyNetFone hosted phone system in Australia.
