Hosted voice and data communications provider MyNetFone has launched an international toll free service to business consumers.
MyNetFone says the launch of the new service will allow businesses to get local toll free numbers in over 90 countries, including major destinations such as Hong Kong, Singapore, UK and USA.
Under the global numbers service business customers can get a toll free number in their country of interest, and have the calls routed back to their MyNetFone hosted phone system in Australia.
MyNetFone’s offering makes global Numbers available from $10 per month depending on the country, plus per-minute charges for inbound calls and for customers with existing international toll free numbers, MyNetFone will move their numbers onto its voice network at no additional cost.
{loadposition peter}“To date, this type of toll free service has mostly only been accessible to large enterprises, but now SMEs can also benefit from Global Numbers,” said Rene Sugo, CEO of MyNetFone parent company MNF Group.
“This launch continues our track record of making ‘big business’ call features accessible to all Australian businesses. In today’s interconnected world, more and more businesses look to present an international presence and make it easier for overseas customers to contact them. Our service makes it easy.”
MyNetFone’s Global Numbers works by linking an international number back to the customer’s phone in Australia, meaning there are no hardware or equipment upgrade requirements.
And businesses can take local toll free numbers in their target international destinations, where customers can contact them for the cost of a local call.
“Though many phone plans now include international calls, most people are still conditioned to prefer a toll free number. These numbers also help a business look more professional and make sense when a business wants to promote a nationwide presence,” notes MyNetFone.
