Following the merger of LogMeIn and the Citrix GoTo team earlier this year, LogMeIn has signed a lease for its new Asia Pacific HQ at 20 Martin Place, Sydney, with an early 2018 log in date.
LogMeIn has signed a lease on what will become the cloud computing company’s new Asia Pacific headquarters.
It is located at 20 Martin Place in the heart of Sydney’s Central Business District, with the office to house "a variety functions, including sales, customer support, and marketing personnel."
An expanded office space, it will "nearly double LogMeIn’s footprint in the region, and for the first time since its merger with Citrix’s GoTo business, it will bring together the company’s Australian teams into a common regional headquarters."
{loadposition alex08}LogMeIn is billed as "one of the world’s top 10 public SaaS companies," and proudly boats of being "a market leader in high growth tech markets like collaboration, remote access, password management, remote support, and customer engagement."
As many would know and have personally experienced, the company’s products "are used by millions of people worldwide and include the likes of GoToMeeting, GoToWebinar, join.me, LastPass, Bold360, and more."
And, with thousands of customers in the region, it's no surprise to hear LogMeIn state that Australia represents one of its "top four geographies for mobile and business usage, and is one of its top five geographies for key emerging products like LastPass," billed as "its market-leading password manager, and GoToMeeting, its award-winning online meeting tool."
As you'd expect, tThe Sydney office will support LogMeIn’s go-to-market efforts in Australia and New Zealand, as well as Eastern Asia and the broader Asia Pacific region.
Lindsay Brown, Vice President of Sales, APAC at LogMeIn said: "Sydney represents a great location for our continued Asia Pacific expansion, given the unique combination of a highly-educated workforce and a growing innovation scene made up of some the biggest names in technology.
“We see this new office becoming an increasingly important international hub that is key to our regional growth strategy as we attract and support our rapidly expanding customer base.”
