Xero has promoted Ben Styles to the role of general manager financial web APAC, and appointed Ian Boyd as head of financial web in Australia.
"Ben has worked tirelessly over the past three years to build strategic partnerships with Australian financial institutions. Now small businesses right across Asia Pacific will benefit from his expertise as he works to expand the Financial Web across the wider region," said managing director Trent Innes.
Styles was previously head of financial web. He joined Xero in 2014 from NAB, where he held several positions, most recently senior manager of channel innovation for digital and direct banking.
He previously served as a senior consultant at Dowling Consulting, and earlier in his career he worked in supply chain and purchasing at Ford, Whirlpool and Michelin.

Boyd, Xero's new head of financial web, joins Xero from Visa. He held various senior positions with that organisation, most recently senior director of client program management.
He previously worked at Barclays, ANZ Bank, Bevington Consulting, and Deloitte.
"Ian joins the team with a wealth of expertise and knowledge from his time at Visa and other financial services firms, bolstering the team as we continue to drive business growth," said Innes.
Boyd (below) holds an MA in philosophy from the University of St Andrews.
