Microsoft has opened the virtual doors of its Australian store network to eBay’s 11.3 million monthly visitors with the launch of the Microsoft Store on eBay.
Microsoft says with 1 in 2 Australia online shoppers already coming to eBay, the launch offers consumers a convenient, secure and complementary shopping experience to its physical flagship store in Pitt Street Sydney, and online retail platform, moicrosoft.com.
Microsoft Australia says the eBay store will feature “many of the best-in-class products and brands customers have come to love”, including Surface, Xbox, a full range of PCs, accessories and software.
Fiona Sims, Online Store Manager, Microsoft Store Australia & New Zealand, says with the launch of the Microsoft Store on eBay, Microsoft is “making it easy for the millions of Australian eBay users to discover and purchase their favourite Microsoft products with the assurance of the same safe online shopping experience, return policy and free shipping that they have come to expect from microsoft.com”.

According to Sims the Microsoft Store on eBay will offer deals and promotions that are similar to those found at the flagship Microsoft Store, Sydney, and microsoftstore.com – and customers can also expect the same secure online shopping experience, return policy and free shipping from the Microsoft Store on eBay that they have come to expect from microsoft.com.
