ANZ Bank has appointed former eBay Europe executive Jennifer Scott as general manager digital transformation and performance.
Scott, who reports to group executive digital banking, Maile Carnegie, has more than 20 years’ experience in senior finance, strategy and marketing roles in Australia, Europe, the UK and the US.
Scott’s previous roles included extensive experience as eBay Europe’s chief operating officer finance, strategist at Virgin Media and vice-president finance at Expedia.
In the newly created role, Scott will be responsible for the commercial delivery of ANZ’s digital banking strategy, including strategic partnerships, to accelerate an “innovative culture” across the bank, to support ANZ’s overall strategic agenda.

“I’m delighted she will be joining ANZ to help our business better respond to the fast-changing environment.”
Scott will be based in Melbourne and will commence with ANZ in August.
