Open source company Acquia will hold its first regional Engage conference in Sydney on 22 and 23 August.
Acquia Engage Asia Pacific Japan will have speakers in the digital field and practitioners from around the region.
Executives from Flight Centre, EnergyAustralia, IAG, ADMA, Asian Development Bank, Pac12 Networks, Australian Government Department of Finance and the Department of Environment and Energy are expected to participate at the conference which will be held at the InterContinental Sydney.
Dries Buytaert, creator of the Drupal open source Web content management system and co-founder of Acquia, along with Acquia chief product officer Christopher Stone, will share insights into Acquia’s product roadmap.
{loadposition sam08}Drupal powers many big websites, with those of the White House, Flight Centre, the City of Los Angeles and Warner Music Group being some of the bigger names that use it.
“Acquia Engage will bring digital experience professionals together in Sydney for two days of knowledge sharing and insight into disruptive strategies that drive growth and engagement,” Buytaert said.
“Each presenter will show how their organisations are setting the standard for orchestrating customer experiences across channels.”
