Hosted voice and data communications services provider MyNetFone is tempting businesses with new voice plans offering unlimited telephone calls and fixed price options for phone services.
Rene Sugo, chief executive of MNF Group, says the new unlimited plans are expected to help businesses better manage their operational expenses, with plans starting from just two phone lines through to 30 via MyNetFone’s Virtual PBX phone system.
The plans include unlimited calls to local, national and Australian mobile numbers, as well as unlimited access to all call handling features like auto-attendant, hunt-groups, extension dialling, redirects and additional value added services at no extra cost.
“Customer feedback and our own consumer research identified both a demand and gap in the market for fixed-price business voice plans that give peace of mind to business owners when managing operational expenses,” Sugo said.
{loadposition peter}“As an innovative, forward-thinking company, MyNetFone offers a solution that’s all-inclusive of call features and charged ‘per-line’ rather than the traditional ‘per-seat’ model.”
In addition to the surety of fixed monthly costs, MyNetFone’s plans are based on the number of concurrent phone calls or "lines" shared between as many handsets and users a business requires. Each user gets their own handset and individual number and call lines can be shared.
“Typically, not all staff are on the phone at the same time, so businesses can choose to pay for 8 phone lines, but have 12 handsets and 12 individual numbers – or as many as they like per line,” the company says.
Don Fazio, IT and technology consultant from Cloud Remedy, said one of the company’s customers is on a 12-line plan, and their invoice would fluctuate anywhere from $650 to $790 per month.
“With MyNetFone’s new unlimited plans, it’s now capped at $540 per month. Business owners no longer have to worry about how many calls are being made and can get back to focusing on their business.”
