I hesitate to say that it brings truth to the saying that ‘talk is cheap’ - especially if you savvily use Wi-Fi at home, at work, and in the ever growing range of public places and transportation options that offer free Wi-Fi, so you can save that 1.5GB for when you need it, but yes - talk in 2017 certainly is cheap!!
