Australian-listed technology solutions and software development company Cre8tek has announced that artificial intelligence company, Flamingo Customer Experience, has signed an agreement for a paid trial with Aussie marketplace lender, DirectMoney.
Cre8tek (ASX: CR8), which backdoor listed Flamingo on the ASX last year following its acquisition of Agenda, a service designed to connect consumers and service providers across a range of industries, says the paid trial will be conducted over a six-month period, beginning in the second quarter April to June.
Under the trial the Flamingo platform, constituting the cognitive virtual sales assistant, ‘Rosie’ and the journey assist platform, will be used by DirectMoney to trial guiding customers through an unsecured personal loan application.
Dr. Catriona Wallace, Cre8tek CEO and Flamingo founder, said DirectMoney will trial the platform in order to provide their customers with a “market leading customer experience, ultimately aimed at driving an increased online sales conversion rate”.
