Security vendor Check Point Software Technologies has appointed Kash Sharma as director of distribution and SMB for Australia and New Zealand.
"We are delighted to welcome Kash into his new role in the company," said Check Point ANZ regional managing director David De Laine.
"The wealth of experience that he has gained in managing multinational vendors as well as extending partner networks and relationships will be invaluable in driving the successful implementation of our relaunched channel partner program."
Sharma was most recently Check Point's distribution and sales manager for Australia.

Sharma previously held a number of business development management roles at Express Data.
