IT services company ASI Solutions has appointed Michael Eggenhuizen as national education adviser.

"Michael¹s experience as a teacher, ICT director and strategist will be an invaluable asset to our company moving forward. At the same time, he is well-positioned to articulate and evaluate the technology innovations taking place and impacting education in this country today."
Eggenhuizen has more than 16 years' experience in the IT and education sector. He joined ASI from The King's School in Parramatta where he was ICT director and taught maths, science and computing at HSC level.
{loadposition stephen08}His previous positions included director of ICT at the Australian International School in Singapore and IT manager and computing studies coordinator at Christian Brothers High School Lewisham.
Eggenhuizen holds a bachelor's degree in education from the Australian Catholic University, and a master's in education from the University of New England.
