Enterprise applications provider Unit4 has appointed Jeremy Roche as chief product officer (CPO).

"Under Jeremy's lead we will further align product management and product marketing to deliver a premium end-to-end experience for customers and ensure that our product roadmaps and go-to-market offerings fulfil sector and customer needs.
"Jeremy takes over from Ivo Totev who has contributed a great deal to Unit4 over the last three years.

Roche was one of the founders of Unit4 and was active at board level during his previous 'day job' as CEO of cloud ERP vendor FinancialForce, which was part-owned by Unit4. He will continue to serve FinancialForce as founder and special advisor to the management team. The new CEO of FinancialForce is Tod Nielsen, who previously worked for Salesforce.com.
Roche holds a degree in Business Studies from Thames Polytechnic in the UK.
